Right now there is a tsunami of automated AI-driven cold-calling system which promises hundreds of leads and potential home sales to real estate brokerages. Realtors are jumping on the bandwagon in droves. But is this what our home sellers want? Do we want calls as we settle in for an evening of Netflix or do we want to jump up and check our phones over dinner with our kids? As a Broker, I've made the decision that we WILL NOT do this. We respect your time, whether its time with your family or simply down-time from this crazy-busy life we all lead. We will not set up sophisticated cold-calling telemarketing calls to you.
